These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BugBrain. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

You may use BugBrain only to test applications you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for the credentials and targets you configure, and for complying with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

Eligibility

BugBrain is a business product. To use the platform, you must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind your organization. It is not directed to and may not be used by children.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. When we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, our Data Processing Agreement and the Subprocessors list apply. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for any personal data your applications expose to the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Plan limits apply as described on our pricing page. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect as described in your billing settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by testing systems without authorization, attempting to circumvent security or usage limits, or interfering with the platform’s operation.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BugBrain helps surface potential issues but does not guarantee the discovery of all defects. You remain responsible for your release decisions.
