We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate our platform. No payment is required during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will provide a full refund.

3.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial payment
  • This applies only to first-time subscribers (not renewals)

4. Subscription Cancellations

7. Chargebacks

8. Downgrade Policy

If you wish to downgrade your subscription plan instead of canceling:

  • The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for downgrades

9. Service Credits
