Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid BugBrain subscriptions. It applies to all plans purchased directly through BugBrain. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Each charge covers the upcoming billing period. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in BugBrain. If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies once per organization and covers your first paid charge only — it does not apply to renewals or subsequent upgrades.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable law.
Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being billed for a new period, please cancel before your renewal date. If you were charged immediately after a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days and we will review the charge in good faith.
What is not refundable
The following are generally non-refundable: usage-based or metered charges (such as additional test runs, PR reviews, or other consumption beyond your plan), one-time setup or professional-services fees once work has begun, and amounts owed for periods during which the service was actively used. Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Service interruptions
If you experience a significant, sustained service disruption caused by BugBrain, contact us. We will review the impact and, at our discretion, may issue a service credit or partial refund for the affected period.
How to request a refund
Email info@bugbrain.tech from the address associated with your account and include your organization name and the charge you would like reviewed. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to active subscribers.
